Terms Of Use

Terms of Use - * Rewritten on 3-5-08* My terms may seem long, but I want to make sure I cover everything!

General Terms

You must sign up for the update group! This is mandatory! Failure to do this will result in suspension until you do so. Do not share your username or password with anyone! If you are unsure of something, please ask - never assume! Always give credit where credit is due! It is always nice to hear "Please" & "Thank You" No bashing of my site, if you have a problem, come to me!! I have been asked about using the colors that I use, and I do have palettes in the member area. Feel free to use my colors, I may own the graphic, but I don't own the rainbow!

Sig Tags

You do not have to have a website to join, however if you have a website, you must provide me with the URL and have a logo placed within 7 days. Once your username and password are activated, there will be NO refunds! Do not share your username or password with anyone! Doing this will result in termination of your membership with NO refund! IP's are tracked.  You must place a logo on your site within 7 days. It must be linked back to http://pixeledcreations.com. I will be doing logo checks periodically. There will be 10 tags placed in the member area to order each month. You do not have to order all 10, you can order which one you like. You can order them with names other than your own. You will have from the 1st through the 15th of every month to request the available tags. Each month new tags will be added and the previous month's will be taken down. I will send the tags out to you on the last day of each month. Please make sure to send me all the necessary information needed for the tags, like hair colors and names. If this is not included I will assume you want what is shown.  All tags must be linked back to the site. Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given.

Tube Terms

You may use my tubes to create websets, premades, siggies, stationary, etc. This can be for free or for profit. You can not take my tubes and add them to your member area, free or paid for others to download. If you make stationary or websets, a link back is required if you use my tubes. You must create something from my tubes adding text alone is not enough. You can not recolor, resize, or alter my tubes in any way! You can not create outlines from my tubes. You can not take parts of my tubes and claim them as your own. Do not pass my tubes through any kind of group! Your creations can be sold for profit. You may animate my tubes as long as there are no major changes. Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given.

Outline Terms

All outlines must be colored! You can not take my outlines and place them in your member area as they are for others to download. You may tube my outlines if you hold a tube license. If you own a tube license, you may sell the tubes you create with my outlines in tube packs or place them in your member area. You may not share my outlines with anyone and no one other than you can color in the outlines. You may not pass my outlines through any kind of group! You may not make outlines from my outlines and claim them as your own. You may not alter the outlines and claim them as your own. Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given.

Custom Base Terms

You may not take my custom bases and add them to your member area, free or paid! You may not offer naked bases, you must dress them first! You must use the special logo provided with each base and link it back to my site. Even though I may not be the creator of the base, I paid for it. You may not pass my customs through any kind of group.  You may change the eye color on the bases only! Clothing or props for the bases may be altered slightly so that they fit other poses. You must hold a tube license to tube any of the customs once they are colored in properly. Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given.

Tutorial Terms

You may not share the tutorials with anyone! They are for members only! You may save the tutorial for offline use only All tutorials were written by me and any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence! You may not place my tutorials in your member area for others, whether it is free or paid! Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given.

Web Set Terms

Web Sets are for members only! Please do not share them with anyone! You may not resell my web sets. You may not place them in your member area or on a site for others to download. All web sets come with the proper protection scripts - these MUST stay in tact. All credit logos must stay in tact and linked. Do not chop up or alter my web sets in anyway. Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given.

Member Goodie Terms

These are for members only and may not be shared with others!

Tube License Terms

Tube license allows you to tube my outlines or bases AFTER they are colored in. If you are a co-owner of a site, your partner may not color in the lines for you unless they hold a tube license. I will give a discount to sites that have more than 1 owner. You can email me and we will discuss it. You must display your tube license on a memberships page and linked back to Simply Siggies. Just remember - Give credit where credit is due! Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent termination of your membership with NO refund given. These terms are subject to change without notice, so please be sure to check them periodically to take note of any changes that may be made!
